Job Description:
Position: Security Officer
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies Required:
- Minimum Grade 10 education
- Accredited and registered Grade C/B/A security certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry
- Bilingual in English & Afrikaans
- Clean criminal record; willing to undergo regular criminal checks
- Physically fit and residing in the advertised area
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Report writing
- Safeguarding
- Patrolling
- Entrance and exit control
- Completing relevant registers
- Performing standard duties as per training
Core Competencies:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accurate adherence to instructions
